JOB PURPOSE
The Marketing Assistant contributes to the cross-category Global marketing knowledge by collaborating with the Global marketing team based in Grasse. The Marketing Assistant is in charge of monitoring the Asia Pacific market and keeping track of new product launches and bestsellers in the Asia Pacific region.
The scope is cross-category: Fine fragrances & Consumer goods.
Keeps a constant watch and carries out market analysis of the Asia Pacific market to gather extensive and relevant information to determine tomorrow’s trends and areas of development for all those involved in the perfume creation and sales process.
Works on a local level (Asia Pacific region) and is in charge of marketing client presentations, including olfactive description illustration (olfactive pyramids), concept development, and creative and analytical marketing support.
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ASSOCIATED TASKS
- Monitors the regional market and analyzes the different product categories.
- Provides information on consumer needs and expectations to the various creative teams (creation, application laboratory, R&D, etc.).
- Develops sales support tools proactively or in response to commercial requests (briefs): olfactory pyramids, trends & concepts, market reviews, technical arguments, marketing recommendations.
- Produces ad hoc studies and marketing presentations for customers.

EXPRESSIONS PARFUMEES IS HIRING FOR ITS SITE IN DUBAI A PROJECT COORDINATOR
The project coordinator works proactively with local technical and commercial teams to ensure a clear overview of the company projects and follow-up.
- Collects and synthetize information from various departments
- Organize regular meetings with sales managers and technical teams (smelling sessions, briefs follow-ups..)
The project coordinator is responsible for a proactive efficient communication and follow-up on projects with head-office technical teams.
- Ensures traceability of project follow-up between subsidiary and parent company
- Informs each department concerned of the progress of current projects and provides information on upcoming projects.
- Communicates the challenges and constraints of each project
Your dynamism, ability to communicate proactively, adaptability and customer focus are essential assets for this position.

EXPRESSIONS PARFUMEES IS HIRING FOR ITS SITE IN DUBAI A JUNIOR FRAGRANCE EVALUATOR – SAMEA REGION
Under the responsibility of the SAMEA evaluation manager, the evaluator, thanks to his/her technical knowledge of the fragrances market and the internal collection as well as the customer portfolio, proactively manages the clients’ projects.
- Implements the necessary resources adapted to the customer’s request to respond to the brief by calling on the various departments in the creative process.
- Assists the perfumers in their creative work in order to better understand and translate the customer’s brief
- Opens up new creative opportunities
- Helps to improve the product while respecting the standards.
- Organises and communicates selection arguments.
- Develops knowledge of market products and consumers in his/her category of expertise;
- Ensures general olfactory monitoring of the industry and its markets.
- Acquire knowledge of the client portfolio and their specialities.
- Manages the company’s olfactory capital by updating and revitalising the collections
- Smells and describes the products
- Evaluates creations and products on the market
- Maintains and develops knowledge of raw materials, ingredients and olfactory families
- Organises sensory evaluation tests of consumer products.
- Maintains and develops the evaluation tools available
