RESPONSABLE TRANSPORT ET LOGISTIQUE

Rattaché(e) à la Directrice Customer Care and Logistic, le/la responsable transport et logistique coordonne et planifie le transport aval. Il/elle est le/la garant(e) du respect de la réglementation applicable et veille au respect des coûts et des délais.

Le/la responsable transport et logistique est chargé(e) de définir et mettre en œuvre les actions nécessaires pour atteindre les objectifs fixés par sa hiérarchie. Il/elle propose et suit des indicateurs de performance et s’inscrit dans une démarche d’amélioration continue.

Il/elle participe à l’élaboration de l’organisation, définit les besoins en recrutement en lien avec sa hiérarchie et accompagne ses collaborateurs dans leur développement. Il/elle gère la répartition des tâches, assure le suivi des performances et veille à la cohésion de l’équipe.

Gestion des transporteurs

-Analyse et négocie les marchés annuels avec les transporteurs.

-Sélectionne, assure le suivi et évalue les transporteurs en fonction de leurs performances.

-Est le/la garant(e) du suivi des non-conformités transport

-Supervise le traitement des litiges transport

Gestion des expéditions

-Veille au respect des consignes des clients.

-Supervise la gestion opérationnelle globale pour le transport

-Contrôle et valide les déclarations de transport de marchandises dangereuses par route, par voie aérienne et maritime.

-Gère la partie logistique du cahier des charges clients.

-Assure la formation interne relative aux expéditions de matières dangereuses

Le poste requiert des compétences managériales pour l’encadrement d’une équipe de 2 à 3 personnes. Une première expérience réussie en tant que manager est indispensable.

Le métier implique réactivité, rigueur et aisance relationnelle. L’autonomie et la capacité à être force de proposition dans un environnement en constante évolution sont des atouts pour ce poste.

The laboratory assistant weighs and mixes perfume raw materials according to precise dosages, defined by the creative teams, in compliance with the applicable procedures and techniques. In the laboratory, the activity concerns perfume compositions ranging from a few grams to 1 kg and involves the use of equipment adapted to precision weighing.

Weigh perfumers’ tests adding alcohol if necessary.
Weigh tests for analytical research
Weigh formulas for customer samples.
Prepare control samples for new references.
Refer to the laboratory manager in case of any deviations
Maintain and tidy the weighing station and take part in tidying and maintaining the laboratory.
Keep track of the stock of raw materials and consumables at the workstation.

Your dynamism, rigour, sense of organisation and adaptability are essential assets for this position.

JOB PURPOSE

The Marketing Assistant contributes to the cross-category Global marketing knowledge by collaborating with the Global marketing team based in Grasse. The Marketing Assistant is in charge of monitoring the Asia Pacific market and keeping track of new product launches and bestsellers in the Asia Pacific region.

The scope is cross-category: Fine fragrances & Consumer goods.

Keeps a constant watch and carries out market analysis of the Asia Pacific market to gather extensive and relevant information to determine tomorrow’s trends and areas of development for all those involved in the perfume creation and sales process.

Works on a local level (Asia Pacific region) and is in charge of marketing client presentations, including olfactive description illustration (olfactive pyramids), concept development, and creative and analytical marketing support.

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ASSOCIATED TASKS

Monitors the regional market and analyzes the different product categories.
Provides information on consumer needs and expectations to the various creative teams (creation, application laboratory, R&D, etc.).
Develops sales support tools proactively or in response to commercial requests (briefs): olfactory pyramids, trends & concepts, market reviews, technical arguments, marketing recommendations.
Produces ad hoc studies and marketing presentations for customers.
