SALES ASSISTANT / SALES PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR – POLAND
Under the responsibilities of the Country Manager, the Sales Assistant assists the sales manager with whom he/she works (support in prospecting, project management and follow-up of the commercial relationship) and provides the administrative support necessary for the management of the site’s general services.
COMMERCIAL SUPPORT
Support for commercial prospecting
- Provides support for initial contacts with prospects
Support for project management (briefs)
- Enter the Briefs received from the customers and fill in all the parameters necessary for the good understanding of the brief.
- Create the resampling sheets and proactive sheets
- Update the briefs and informs the relevant contacts upon receipt of the bases and samples sent by the clients:
- Ensure the permanent link between the evaluation/perfumers, Legislation Department, Application Laboratory, the sales managers to whom he/she reports, the sales assistants at the head office and the agents & distributors (depending on the sites)
- Write offer letters and customer information emails
- Send technical documents and information to the customer, in conjunction with the relevant departments

The Evaluator, thanks to his/her technical knowledge of the market, the in-house collection and the customer portfolio, manages the brief li/she a a project management role in the creative process.

MAINTENANCE AND AUTOMATION TECHNICIAN
Reporting to the maintenance/new works manager, the maintenance technician is involved in technical operations involving installation, maintenance and continuous improvement of automated systems.
MAIN MISSIONS
On the whole site and according to the directives given by his/her manager, he/she carries out and monitors technical preventive and corrective maintenance operations. He/she also contributes to equipment installation and commissioning, and carries out metrology operations on measuring equipment.
As part of a team of 4 technicians and 1 maintenance agent, each member of staff is responsible for multi-skilling according to the established schedule.
- Participates in the installation, commissioning and reliability of equipment and materials, and oversees preventive maintenance to ensure their smooth operation.
- Is responsible for diagnosing and repairing faults and proposing solutions to improve equipment safety and performance.
- Maintains a technical watch to anticipate changes in existing or future equipment, and proposes actions for improvement.
- Participates in automation projects and takes charge of certain technical interventions on the site’s automated systems.
- Advises and trains users on the use of equipment, provides technical support and coordinates subcontractors according to site needs.
- Performs metrology operations
- Drafts the necessary technical instructions and reports regularly to line management on the progress of work and any problems encountered.
- Ensures the follow-up of its interventions on the CMMS
Maintenance technicians work on industrial plants and equipment (tanks, mixers, etc.) as well as in all other areas for general building maintenance and office fitting out.
This job naturally requires rigor, versatility and responsiveness. The employee must have good interpersonal skills, be a team player and have a sense of internal customer service.
